Start a conversation with your health team about your needs and priorities, or learn about Whole Health practices from Dr Colette through the Introduction to Whole Health and Taking Charge of My Life and Health courses. You can request this information under “Contact us”.
Our staff will support and guide you through the Personal Health Inventory, Health Appraisal Questionnaire, Rainbow Evaluation, or other applicable self-assessment tools, and help you create your own Personal Whole Health Plan. What matters to you will shape your plan and drive your choice of clinical treatments. We also understand that your Whole health plan is a journey that will change as your circumstances change and as you go through stages of life your health needs will change. We are here to help you with these challenges as they arise.
